A gold wheel with red and green spokes is supported on a twisting green trunk. Four Harlequins in red and black ride on the wheel. One on the left, wearing a small crown, climbs upward. Another sits on top of the wheel wearing a tall crown and holding a globe and scepter. On the right, another without a crown descends. On the bottom, another crownless Harlequin hangs on to the wheel. Two black, red, and gold disks in the upper corner emit long red rays.
