On this page, you can see the Suit of Coins for Tarocchino Arlecchino and Arlecchino’s Augmented Arcana.
This suit features Harlequins in a classic diamond motley along with a Wintry hunt theme to follow the hunt scene on the Bolognese ace. The library copy of the Bolognese tarocchino which I used as a reference was missing the Queen of Coins, so I based her post on the Queen of Batons. The new cards 2 through 5 are based on the arrangements in the Tarot de Marseille, transforming the foliage to red painted flourishes (and adding more snakes). Those red decorations themselves were meant as a tribute to the Etteilla III deck (also known as Grand jeu de l’oracle des dames).
